About the role
- Lead all acute/inpatient services across Louisiana with oversight of operations and complete accountability for approximately $20-$50MM P&L.
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the field management of hospital accounts to ensure patient care.
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities and monitor division performance.
- Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes.
- Create a team powerhouse with 3-7 direct reports to inspire quality care.
- Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities.
Requirements
- Leadership for a multi-site operational business
- Experience leading a unified team
- Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)
