About the role

  • Drive the creation, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with DaVita’s care model strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive multi-year plan for delivering value-based care.
  • Lead the design and execution of new, innovative capabilities or interventions to support IKC patients, including piloting and scaling high-impact programs.
  • Establish clear project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Oversee the execution of current interventions, analyzing clinical and operational data to inform continuous improvement.
  • Develop and monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize care delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance, to advance shared priorities and execute strategic plans effectively.
  • Manage and mentor a team to drive performance, ensuring accountability for project execution and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, value-based care, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in value-based care strategy and operations, particularly within the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with healthcare data analytics tools.
  • Travel up to 15% may be required.
