About the role
- Drive the creation, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with DaVita’s care model strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive multi-year plan for delivering value-based care.
- Lead the design and execution of new, innovative capabilities or interventions to support IKC patients, including piloting and scaling high-impact programs.
- Establish clear project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Oversee the execution of current interventions, analyzing clinical and operational data to inform continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize care delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance, to advance shared priorities and execute strategic plans effectively.
- Manage and mentor a team to drive performance, ensuring accountability for project execution and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, value-based care, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong expertise in value-based care strategy and operations, particularly within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with healthcare data analytics tools.
- Travel up to 15% may be required.
