About the role
- Develop and execute strategic plans for campus recruiting and the summer internship program that aligns with the business workforce planning needs.
- Remain current on industry trends, best practices, legal developments, and technological advancements in recruiting.
- Strive for continuous improvement, using recruiting data and program feedback to analyze performance and drive strategy.
- Assess and develop AI implementation strategies across recruiting lanes to increase efficiency.
- Oversee all operations for the full-cycle campus recruiting process including: in-person school strategies, competitor benchmarking, campus championship teams, virtual events, ATS and candidate alignment, screening, interviewing, full-time team placement and campus event execution.
- Additionally, oversee the summer internship experience: end to end program management from onboarding and training to offer decisions.
- Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics and track the progress of initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop dynamic team providing day-to-day management, skillset growth and participate as an active thought partner with teammates and managers.
- Conduct talent reviews and advise / collaborate with senior leadership on recruiting strategy and talent development decisions.
- Foster the professional development of high-performing teammates.
- Collaborate with leaders and executives across the enterprise to align recruiting strategy and direction with key priorities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Denver, CO (in-office downtown T, W, flex 3rd day)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. Advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of work experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred, must have direct team leadership experience
- Strategy or project management experience in an analytical environment (e.g., recruitment or talent management or consulting, etc.)
- On campus recruiting and recruiting management experience preferred, not required
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint required
- Strong influencing skills; track record of successful relationship development and ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills
- Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results
- Team player with the ability to sell change effectively and influence others
- Comfort with ambiguity required.
