About the role
- Develop and oversee operations for the Clinical Pharmacy Management Team
- Directly manage a team of Authorization Coordinators
- Ensure that Team service levels are achieved and mitigated any negative impacts
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support the formulary management process
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates of team performance to ensure alignment with goals and vision
Requirements
- Prior hands on experience as a Team Supervisor in a business environment/Call Center
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-moving work environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management, problem solving, strategy development and alignment and experience working in highly matrixed organization
- Experience managing a remote team strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
