About the role

  • Lead approximately 10 dialysis centers and oversee operations with accountability for $30-$50MM P&L
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership to field management of assigned facilities
  • Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities, monitor division performance
  • Create a team powerhouse and inspire 10-12 direct reports for quality patient care
  • Address top growth priorities and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions
  • Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities
  • Manage financial growth, operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes

Requirements

  • Leadership for a multi-site operational business
  • Experience leading a unified team
  • Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)
