About the role
- Markets the program to physicians, providers, and Health Plans and presents educational materials to support the program.
- Monitors program performance, maintaining ongoing communication of performance as appropriate.
- Helps maintain relationships with providers including issues regarding payments, operation concerns and clinical outcomes.
- Markets the IKC program to DaVita region dialysis centers, nephrologists and primary care physicians; creates and makes presentations as necessary.
- Develops marketing and educational materials to support the IKC program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- General knowledge of medical claims
- Experience with client relations, physician relations, and/or marketing
- Healthcare experience required; previous experience with a Health Plan preferred
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
