About the role

Direct the overall clinical strategy, portfolio of clinical solutions, outcomes and tracking for specified Mineral and Bone (MBD) clinical program
Manage leaders of clinical programs and support other senior leadership in presenting program results and solutions to clients
Shape the vision for Clinical Innovation that will enable us to deliver high quality patient care
Lead strategic and enterprise planning, and set and advocate for internal and external goals

Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data into critical insights, observations or trends and translate them into strategic recommendations
Ability to project manage and streamline communication across multidisciplinary teams both large and small.
Initiates and maintains strategic relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the Village.
Develop, analyze, and communicate business models to guide business decisions.
Experience in clinical (renal preferred) program management.
