About the role
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region.
- Provide leadership and direction to drive operational results.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and foster positive teammate relations.
- Manage the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Associates Degree; Bachelor`s degree preferred
- Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care or multi-site Healthcare Operations management experience preferred
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Experience with budget/PnL management, relationship building and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Preferred: RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions
