- Overseeing the day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region.
- Provide leadership and direction to drive operational results.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and foster positive teammate relations.
- Manage the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience preferred
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical nursing;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in renal nursing
- Minimum of one year of experience as a DaVita IKC Nurse
- CNN or CDN certification
