About the role

  • Lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of strategic partnerships for skilled nursing facility dialysis
  • Drive acquisition opportunities and negotiate agreements with healthcare providers
  • Partner with leadership to shape and execute growth strategies
  • Cultivate relationships with nephrologists, hospital leaders, and SNF partners
  • Conduct rigorous financial analysis for partnership opportunities
  • Mentor business development managers and align team goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic business development or similar role
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in mergers and acquisitions
  • Ability to negotiate complex contracts and agreements
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry, especially skilled nursing/long-term care
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
