About the role
- Assist in the insurance process for patients
- Work with Regional Reimbursement Specialists to ensure appropriate billing for dialysis treatments
- Provide customer service to constituents involved in the insurance process
- Maintain detailed electronic records
- Work independently and utilize organizational skills
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Computer literacy

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone and via email
