About the role
- Lead and manage IKC Nurse Practitioners in designated programs
- Provide clinical oversight and coaching for NPs
- Conduct site visits and evaluate NP performance
- Develop and execute market budgets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders
- Ensure quality cost-effective care for patients
- Participate in educational training and policy development
Requirements
- Clinical leadership experience
- Coaching and supervision skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs
- Knowledge of CKD and/or ESKD care
- Collaboration with operational and clinical leadership
- Compliance with regulations (CMS, HIPAA, OSHA)
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
