Oversee the entire contract process from drafting and negotiation to execution and storage; route contracts via DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
Ensure final legal documents are properly stored in shared databases and legal archives; conduct quality checks for accuracy and compliance.
Track and report on project status and deliverables; collaborate with regulatory compliance teams, IKC business partners, and other internal stakeholders.
Support special projects, process improvements, department initiatives, and participate in team meetings to contribute to enhancements.
