About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to DaVita medical directors, offering guidance, mentorship, and support
- Onboard new medical directors and build trusted peer relationships
- Collaborate with Senior Directors of Clinical Services and Operations partners to improve outcomes
- Help lead initiatives around patient safety, transitions of care, and physician behavior management
- Partner with Palmer Group Vice Presidents and Division Vice Presidents to support business development, growth, and patient/provider experience
Requirements
- Board-certified nephrologist with at least several years of experience leading dialysis clinics
- Experience as a dialysis medical director with proven leadership in multi-site care delivery
- Deep knowledge of value-based care and comfort working within integrated care models
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, mentor, and lead through collaboration
- Strong alignment with DaVita’s values and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- 5 + years of clinical practice
