About the role

  • Managing customer relationships, promoting and selling company products, and ensuring customer satisfaction across an assigned region
  • Identifying prospective customers through business directories, referrals, and industry events

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing sales
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
