Financial Planning and Analysis

• Entering Audio, Video, sports packages and sponsorship buys as requested by supervisor
• Research billing discrepancies with assistance from the buyer
• Call stations to research discrepancies as requested
• Alert Supervisor of any workflow issues in a timely manner
• Establish rapport with Finance Department, Account Teams, Media Department
• Provide clear communication with internal departments and prompt follow through
• Adhere to strict calendar to meet dates for client billing and audits
• Respond to vendor inquiries on discrepancy and makegood resolution and payment requests
• Overflow to all accounts as needed to make department deadlines
• Weekly monitoring of TV and streaming schedules and post buy tracking grid
• Call stations on Tuesdays for spot times and TRP delivery for week prior
• Compile data into Excel spreadsheet by station week and estimate
• Compile monthly into another document to track by month/quarter/year
• Report deficits to buyer immediately
• Assist buyers with Post Buy Analysis preparation deck as needed
• Pull weekly pacing docs for streaming audio and video and distribute to buyers
• Assist buyers with actualization of streaming invoices as needed
• Assist buyers with added value requests and recaps as needed
• Confirm all buys have been ordered and accepted
• Update station contact list as needed
• Assist with monthly and annual client audits
