As an Account Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our daily account management operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients and our team.
The Account Coordinator supports the account management team in ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
This role assists in the day-to-day management of the clients local marketing and advertising business activity for the local Business Unit.
Traffic creative assets to media vendors (Broadcast, Digital, OOH) to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
Support meeting execution: Coordinate client meetings from venue setup and communication protocols to preparing materials and handling day-of logistics as directed by Manager.
Manage Client communication: Manage the official client email inbox, draft scheduled communications and coordinate details across internal departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Prior internship or relevant agency/marketing experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
