About the role

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Business, and Operations, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent within the Web3 and DeFi ecosystems through direct sourcing, networking, and participation in industry events/communities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates, utilizing market mapping to stay ahead of hiring needs in a fast-evolving global market.
  • Act as a Talent Partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and interview best practices to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience that reflects ApeX Protocol's commitment to innovation and user-centricity.
  • Contribute to internal HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, refining recruitment workflows, and utilizing data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a high-growth fintech, Web3, or leading tech company.
  • Junior candidates with exceptional potential and a strong track record of results will also be considered.
  • Strong familiarity with the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, a genuine passion for decentralized finance (DeFi) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders globally.
  • Professional fluency in a second language (Chinese, Spanish, Russian, German, French, Arabic) will be an advantage for candidate selection.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in using modern Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced sourcing tools.
  • Active engagement in regional recruiting networks and Web3 jobseeker communities.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
