About the role
- Engage with existing customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner (no cold calling)
- Convert customer orders to in-house products where suitable
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Guide conversations toward additional sales to support business growth
- Accurately process orders using internal order management systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Contribute ideas and feedback to support team and company development
- Promote the role and encourage referrals to help grow the team
Requirements
- Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written.
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Customer-focused with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proactive, sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling multiple orders, products, and tasks simultaneously.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced, growing environment.
