• Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes across the entire customer lifecycle (lead generation → customer acquisition → expansion → retention)
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics to drive predictable growth
• Develop and maintain revenue metrics, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights to leadership
• Create and optimize sales and customer success playbooks, processes, and workflows

Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

• Own the day-to-day execution of enrollment and billing processes across all retail energy markets in which we operate (currently NYISO, NE-ISO, PJM, and ERCOT)
• Oversee and continuously improve the accuracy and timeliness of enrollment workflows, usage data validation, and customer invoicing
• Monitor key operational KPIs, identify anomalies or failures, and lead triage and resolution efforts
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and implement automation, error-handling, and reporting features in our internal systems
• Manage and evolve our relationship with billing and EDI partners, including performance oversight, vendor coordination, and project implementation
• Work closely with Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure all enrollment and billing processes align with regulatory requirements and market rules
• Develop scalable SOPs and process documentation to support training, continuity, and audits
• Support expansion into new territories and products by building operational workflows that are compliant, customer-centric, and ready to scale
• Lead and mentor a small team of operations analysts and/or specialists

We use software to monitor real-time energy usage, and we aggregate and analyze that data to maximize value from energy assets – batteries, EVs, HVAC systems and other DERs via participation in energy markets. Our mission is to run the grid on clean energy 24/7.
• We’re looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at David Energy.
• We’re hiring engineers to build products that serve our small commercial customers. We’re installing batteries and controlling those devices to shift our customers’ energy load and save them thousands of dollars a year, per location. We aim to make operating a small business easier and shift energy generation and consumption to renewables 24/7.
• Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the backend systems of our platform, including APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and tools.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our systems.
