About the role
- Provide high-level repair and preventative maintenance on specialized automated equipment.
- Lead and complete full machinery installations at customer facilities, ensuring all systems are calibrated to spec.
- Accurately complete and submit detailed field reports, capturing all labor hours, parts used, and work performed.
- Strictly adhere to all company and client safety protocols and participate in ongoing technical training.
- Act as a bridge between the customer and our internal teams, providing clear updates on machine status and service timelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining industrial machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid foundational knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the USA and Canada (valid Passport or ability to obtain one required).
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks common in an industrial environment.
- Valid US Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional reporting and client interaction.
