• Provide high-level repair and preventative maintenance on specialized automated equipment.
• Lead and complete full machinery installations at customer facilities, ensuring all systems are calibrated to spec.
• Accurately complete and submit detailed field reports, capturing all labor hours, parts used, and work performed.
• Strictly adhere to all company and client safety protocols and participate in ongoing technical training.
• Act as a bridge between the customer and our internal teams, providing clear updates on machine status and service timelines.
