About the role

  • Deliver, support, and continuously improve Digital Workplace services
  • Manage solution delivery and support for end-user endpoints, including PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Support and administer Digital Workplace services based on the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Demonstrate strong competence in endpoint security, Intune (MEM), and Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Manage and support Windows Autopilot configurations for device provisioning
  • Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) to ensure secure, compliant, and well-managed mobile and endpoint devices
  • Administer SCCM including software distribution, patch management, operating system deployment, and endpoint maintenance
  • Asset and inventory management using tools such as Lansweeper
  • Enforce and monitor software licensing compliance
  • Support end-user software lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with MSPs and global partners supporting services such as SCCM, Nexthink, XDR
  • Support corporate and global applications via helpdesk
  • Provide technical input and hands-on support for Digital Workplace projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
  • 6-9 years of experience
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11, Intune (MEM), SCCM, Azure / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams)
  • Understanding of software licensing, asset management, and endpoint lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework, processes, and roles
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Exposure to cloud-based workplace services and collaboration platforms
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in non-standard work hours when required
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and structured problem-solving
