About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity of mandates.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories.
- Create, prioritize and maintain a transparent product backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Support clients in their digital transformation and eCommerce strategy.
- Work closely with strategy, business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Document and model client systems while identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) and related systems (ERP, DAM, etc.).
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (you will work in both languages with our clients).
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ability to ask the right questions to structure and clarify eCommerce vision and strategy.
- Solid knowledge of business analysis techniques and documentation practices.
- Deep understanding of e-business challenges, strategies and best practices.
- Experience in modelling business processes and eCommerce business rules.
- Proven experience in an Agile environment (Scrum framework).
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification – a significant asset.
- A technical background or experience in business analysis is considered a major plus.
