About the role

  • Manage, create and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Improve targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Monitor budget pacing and reallocate spend based on performance.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creative, messaging, and audience segments.
  • Create dedicated landing pages.
  • Track CPL, MQL performance, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide clear weekly performance summaries and deliver structured monthly reports with optimization recommendations. Please note, you don't just report numbers; you interpret them. You tell us *why* metrics went up or down and *what* you did (to fix it).
  • Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes (SEMrush).
  • Implement on-page SEO improvements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking).
  • Refresh and optimize existing blog and landing page content using SEO tools.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic trends.
  • Support ongoing content optimization efforts.
  • Maintain UTM structure and campaign tracking integrity.
  • Align paid performance reporting with HubSpot attribution.
  • Build simple dashboards to monitor performance trends.
  • Ensure performance insights are tied to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B digital marketing experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is required, including building campaigns from scratch. You will work with the Marketing Coordinator on creative assets.
  • Must have hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, ideally StackAdapt.
  • Solid knowledge of on-page SEO and content optimization tools (SEMrush, Clearscope, etc.).
  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable stepping into an existing account structure and improving it quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
