About the role
- Manage, create and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic campaigns.
- Improve targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor budget pacing and reallocate spend based on performance.
- Run structured A/B tests across creative, messaging, and audience segments.
- Create dedicated landing pages.
- Track CPL, MQL performance, and engagement metrics.
- Provide clear weekly performance summaries and deliver structured monthly reports with optimization recommendations. Please note, you don't just report numbers; you interpret them. You tell us *why* metrics went up or down and *what* you did (to fix it).
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes (SEMrush).
- Implement on-page SEO improvements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking).
- Refresh and optimize existing blog and landing page content using SEO tools.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic trends.
- Support ongoing content optimization efforts.
- Maintain UTM structure and campaign tracking integrity.
- Align paid performance reporting with HubSpot attribution.
- Build simple dashboards to monitor performance trends.
- Ensure performance insights are tied to business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B digital marketing experience (SaaS preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is required, including building campaigns from scratch. You will work with the Marketing Coordinator on creative assets.
- Must have hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, ideally StackAdapt.
- Solid knowledge of on-page SEO and content optimization tools (SEMrush, Clearscope, etc.).
- Experience using HubSpot.
- Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable stepping into an existing account structure and improving it quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
