Accounting Manager

• Oversee the entire accounting cycle and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, NCECF (ASPE) or others)
• Prepare, review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and period-end analyses
• Prepare and produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Analyze variances against budgets and provide value‑added recommendations
• Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, with strong interaction with management
• Implement, maintain and improve internal controls and financial policies
• Identify financial risks and propose corrective measures
• Monitor cash flows, prepare cash forecasts and contribute to liquidity optimization
• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities
• Plan and coordinate month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closes, adhering to tight deadlines
• Prepare audit working papers, collaborate with internal and external auditors and follow up on recommendations
• Actively participate in optimizing financial processes and in the deployment or enhancement of financial systems and ERPs
• Produce advanced financial analyses to support decision‑making and business initiatives.
