About the role
- Oversee technical delivery of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support.
- Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS solutions across Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, and Manufacturing modules.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, resource allocation, development, testing, deployment.
- Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports (RICE components).
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and perform performance tuning.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Maintain technical documentation including CV40/CV60, MD50/MD70 specs, user guides, and support materials.
- Provide production support: troubleshoot issues, implement fixes and enhancements, track incidents and resolve critical cases.
- Advise on complex use of Oracle products and resolve mission-critical issues; serve as Situation Manager on sensitive issues.
- Mentor others, create/review knowledge articles, and promote technical/professional development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP EBS implementation, upgrade & support.
- Worked in 5 or more Oracle EBS implementations or support projects as a Development Manager/Tech Lead consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Technical lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME/Developer.
- Strong Financials/Supply Chain business processes knowledge and concepts.
- Ability to design, code, test and deploy Oracle EBS Financials software and associated CEMLI.
- Solid skills and ability to lead team using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL. Oracle Forms, Reports (RDF/RTF).
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong understanding of EBS modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, OM, WIP, BOM, HRMS.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and outbound conversions.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
