About the role

  • Provide excellence in customer service support and resolve functional issues of complex service requests.
  • Be involved in business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, configuration, and support post go-live.
  • Work directly with customers resolving complex and mission-critical issues.
  • Creation/review of Knowledge Articles and tracking incidents.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP EBS implementation & support.
  • Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance EBS implementations or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME.
  • Hands on experience in at least 5 modules - EBS Financial Modules like Inventory, BOM, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Accounting.
  • Strong SCM business processes knowledge.
  • Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice on Oracle EBS.
  • Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Customer interactions and service orientation.
