Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud Financial Applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests.
The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle SaaS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes.
Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects.
After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation & support
Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME
Implementation/Support experience on Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH
Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH
Should have Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts
Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud Financial
Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows
