Prepare and maintain key monthly financial schedules and reports, including: P&L summaries, Monthly bank reconciliations, Net revenue tracking and trend reports, Department-level budget vs. actuals
Support month-end close processes and assist in preparing internal reporting packages.
Monitor and report on net revenue growth and related performance metrics.
Maintain and update KPI dashboards and financial models to support leadership decision-making.
Track and monitor contract renewal dates, termination clauses, and other key terms to ensure timely action by the Client Management team.
Provide reporting on new contracts and upcoming contract expirations to support timely renewal planning and compliance.
Prepare monthly sales commission reports, including tracking and validating commission data.
Adhere to all QMC HIPAA privacy policies and procedures. This includes always maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.
Ensures consistent adherence to company attendance policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, contract administration, or related finance role.
Familiarity with commission tracking models and tools
Experience in a services-based or healthcare-related industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas), and financial reporting tools.
Excellent time management and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
