About the role
- Prepare and maintain key monthly financial schedules and reports, including: P&L summaries, Monthly bank reconciliations, Net revenue tracking and trend reports, Department-level budget vs. actuals
- Support month-end close processes and assist in preparing internal reporting packages.
- Monitor and report on net revenue growth and related performance metrics.
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards and financial models to support leadership decision-making.
- Track and monitor contract renewal dates, termination clauses, and other key terms to ensure timely action by the Client Management team.
- Provide reporting on new contracts and upcoming contract expirations to support timely renewal planning and compliance.
- Prepare monthly sales commission reports, including tracking and validating commission data.
- Adhere to all QMC HIPAA privacy policies and procedures. This includes always maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.
- Ensures consistent adherence to company attendance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, contract administration, or related finance role.
- Familiarity with commission tracking models and tools
- Experience in a services-based or healthcare-related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas), and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent time management and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
