About the role
- Drive excellence in consolidated financial reporting, providing elevated insight into India operations.
- Orchestrate world-class cash flow forecasting, project margin tracking, and variance analysis to enable proactive financial decision-making.
- Produce incisive, entity-level reporting for leadership across the US, India, and China joint ventures.
- Partner with the India CFO and project leaders to optimize profitability and secure financing for strategic projects.
- Harness mastery of large-scale data (e.g., AP/AR aging) to uncover anomalies and ensure uncompromising data integrity.
- Engineer robust financial models, dashboards, and templates to sharpen leadership decision-making.
- Champion absolute GAAP and internal controls compliance, fortifying audit readiness and flawlessly executing quarterly adjustments.
- Serve as the strategic “eyes and ears” for the Controller and CFO, anticipating risks and spotlighting performance trends.
- Catalyze continuous improvement by identifying and executing scalable financial processes for global expansion.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple business units/divisions, ideally in multinational or multi-entity organizations.
- Experience collaborating with Controllers, CFOs, and cross-functional teams.
- Background in supporting audits, compliance, and preparation of financial statements.
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, lookups).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
