Requirements

Experience leading engineering teams that build agentic or autonomous workflows
Strong comfort with Python and React in a full‑stack environment
Experience designing and operating queue‑based, event‑driven, or asynchronous systems
Proficient on AI driven coding and scalable, modular applications with a strong grasp of architectural patterns, reliability, and engineering trade‑offs.
Familiarity with ETL and data processing systems, such as: Databricks or Spark‑based pipelines, Kafka, Pulsar, or similar event streaming platforms, Airflow, dbt, or workflow orchestration tools
