- Perform full life-cycle recruiting
- Utilize various sourcing methods
- Manage open job requisitions
- Update and manage Workday ATS
- Compile and communicate knowledge base, market trends, data, and analytics
- Work with hiring managers during intake
- Implement, refine, and assess recruiting processes
- Develop recruiting strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years performing in-house recruiting
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for senior-level roles
- LinkedIn proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media sites
- Previous sales recruiting experience within a high-volume setting
- Possess excellent social, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers of all levels
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Affinity for learning DataRobot’s product lines and technology
