Requirements

  • 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years performing in-house recruiting
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for senior-level roles
  • LinkedIn proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media sites
  • Previous sales recruiting experience within a high-volume setting
  • Possess excellent social, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers of all levels
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Affinity for learning DataRobot’s product lines and technology
