About the role
- Support the operations team's internal projects
- Document established processes
- Assist the operations team and the commercial/sales team with operational tasks
- Organize commercial and partnership documentation (contracts, NDAs, etc.)
- Analyze and report on license development in the Pulse portal (VCSP)
- Perform vendor registrations in client systems
- Manage internal qualification/enablement documentation
- Submit documents for signature via D4Sign
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas:
- - Administration
- - Management Processes
- - Systems Analysis and Development
- - Production/Industrial Engineering
- Official AWS certifications (plus)
- Experience with core AWS services (plus)
- English (intermediate) - Required
- Advanced Excel: essential to have strong experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of CRM tools
