About the role
- Datarails is a leading platform for the Office of the CFO that streamlines data consolidation, month-end close, reporting, and planning processes. The Presales COE Consultant will design, develop, and deliver tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) for Presales teams, showcasing product value and building compelling use cases. Gather and analyze requirements from Sales and Solution Consultants to translate client needs into POC objectives. Design and build POCs using Datarails best practices, including data integration, modeling, automation, and visualization. Collaborate with Solution Consultants to align expectations and support client presentations, iterating POCs based on feedback. Document and maintain POC artifacts, templates, and reusable components for internal knowledge sharing. Drive internal learning and optimization by sharing insights and improving POC development processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with Datarails or similar FP&A software solutions. Strong understanding of FP&A concepts and P&L, balance sheet and cash flow modeling principles. Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Presales, Product, and Marketing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and translate them into demo solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
