About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and recruit priority partners, establishing repeatable processes for onboarding
- Equip partner sales and account teams with knowledge of Dataminr’s products
- Track and manage joint leads with internal sales teams
- Coordinate annual and quarterly priorities
- Establish KPIs and reporting cadences for partner productivity
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in partner management, sales, or business development
- Deep understanding of the defense, military, or national security landscape
- Solid experience working with complex software products
- Familiarity working with major government distributors
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
- Professional fluency in English, additional European languages are a strong advantage
