About the role

  • Be an expert on Dataminr’s First Alert platform and develop a deep understanding of publicly available information and social media analytics use cases
  • Build and maintain strong and effective client relationships and act as a thought partner
  • Conduct quarterly customer reviews to ensure service and product quality remain exemplary
  • Serve as an advocate for our customers by collecting customer feedback and articulating product recommendations for Dataminr product development

Requirements

  • Experience working with or in the UK public sector and NATO
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 0-3 years of client-facing or product experience, ideally in the public sector vertical
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent project management skills
  • Tech-savvy approach with the ability to learn new software and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 35%)
