About the role
- Be an expert on Dataminr’s First Alert platform and develop a deep understanding of publicly available information and social media analytics use cases
- Build and maintain strong and effective client relationships and act as a thought partner
- Conduct quarterly customer reviews to ensure service and product quality remain exemplary
- Serve as an advocate for our customers by collecting customer feedback and articulating product recommendations for Dataminr product development
Requirements
- Experience working with or in the UK public sector and NATO
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 0-3 years of client-facing or product experience, ideally in the public sector vertical
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent project management skills
- Tech-savvy approach with the ability to learn new software and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 35%)
