Work directly with enterprise healthcare clients to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize our custom ETL platform.
Manage client communications, resolve technical issues, and develop SQL/SSIS solutions—all remotely.
Write and implement client configuration changes in SQL Server.
Collaborate with enterprise clients on their data and ETL pipeline needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL process issues.
Perform SQL and SSIS development to enhance our platform.
Monitor Teams/inbox for on-call support requests.
Manage JIRA tickets and balance multiple client priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field
1+ years of SQL experience
Intermediate SQL proficiency (queries, stored procedures, database modifications)
Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing conversations
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Detail oriented
Self-motivated and effective working independently
Eligible to work in the United States and must perform all work physically within the United States.
