About the role
- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in both French and English.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
- Stay current on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
