About the role
- Professionally receive incoming software and hardware incidents in a major client environment
- Process incidents in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification and documentation
- Perform fault analysis and initiate corrective actions
- Provide first-line assistance and solutions via remote support
- If necessary, escalate incidents to downstream teams
Requirements
- IT affinity and strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- Confident working with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
- Nice to have: completed vocational training in the IT field or professional experience in IT support
