About the role

  • You are responsible for ensuring system availability
  • Analyze and resolve operational incidents (via ticketing system)
  • Administration of server infrastructure, backups, firewalls, MS SQL databases, and networks in virtualized environments
  • Communicate and coordinate technical tasks with clients' IT representatives
  • Create operational documentation in our ITSM tool
  • Proactively incorporate technological innovations and insights

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training or equivalent professional experience (e.g. IT Specialist for System Integration)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS
  • Basic knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Clustering and VMware
  • Enthusiasm for automating and optimizing operational processes
  • Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a solution- and customer-oriented approach
