About the role
- You are a versatile all-rounder supporting the complete order handling process: from quote creation and procurement through to invoicing
- You provide advice on all process-related questions concerning order processing, research service portfolios, and prepare customized quotes for our customers
- As part of complaint management, you are the point of contact for supplier communication, complaints, and warranty processing
- As the contact person for our customers and account managers, you develop tailored solution proposals
- You maintain and update customer and order data in the CRM and ERP system SAP S/4HANA
- Continuous process optimization of internal workflows comes naturally to you
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in customer-facing roles required
- IT affinity or IT background desirable
- Experience with the ERP system “SAP S/4HANA” is an advantage
- Empathetic manner combined with commercial product understanding
- Quality awareness and a strong customer- and service-orientation
- Structured, analytical, and independent working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confident and persuasive demeanor
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
