About the role
- You are the primary point of contact and advisor for all matters concerning selected clients
- You hold overall responsibility for these client engagements and for service delivery across all DATAGROUP departments
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs is also part of your responsibilities
- You are also responsible for client-side billing of contracted services and cost controlling
- You are passionate about continuously optimizing delivery processes
- As a sales-oriented professional, you further develop client relationships and drive strategic growth
- Additionally, you support team leadership and account management with special topics
- In short: you ensure that your clients are satisfied with DATAGROUP's service
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or business-related degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Technical Business Administration, Economics) or an equivalent qualification, plus solid knowledge in the IT field
- A good sense for trends and innovations in the IT environment
- Several years of professional experience managing customers and teams from service delivery units
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management according to ITIL
- Strong rhetorical skills and a confident presence at IT decision-maker level
- Willingness to take responsibility and the ability to assert yourself at management level with the client
- Customer-friendly and service-oriented working style
- High social competence as well as strong teamwork and assertiveness
- Reliable, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
