About the role

  • You provide friendly and competent support to our French-speaking customers
  • You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • You manage and administer requests in the ServicePortal (Mon–Sat, between 6:00 and 19:00)
  • You expertly escalate tickets to downstream support teams
  • You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • Are technical support tasks your strength?
  • You have a quick grasp of new topics and a structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of expression are among your core strengths
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
  • You can communicate very well in German (min. C1)
  • You have good spoken and written English skills
  • You are the first point of contact for issues related to e-forms
