About the role

  • Onsite support for EUWS (End User Workplace Services) including IMAC/D and Break & Fix services for desktops, laptops and mobile devices
  • Installation and configuration of customer-deployed hardware and software
  • Printer support within a multi-vendor service and printer management
  • In-depth, non-standard troubleshooting in a customer-specific IT environment
  • Monitoring and processing of tasks using an electronic ticketing system
  • Handling of a trouble-ticket system (including routing tickets to other departments)
  • Communication via ticketing systems, e-mail and telephone
  • Installation, software servicing and integration of new systems
  • Execution of local moves and hardware rollouts
  • Support for mobile systems (iPad, iPhone, Android devices, etc.)
  • Support for training and conference rooms
  • Updating the knowledge database
  • Support of Asset Lifecycle Management

Requirements

  • Completed IT training or relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Very good general IT knowledge (client hardware & software, as well as standard applications such as Windows 10)
  • Know-how in LAN/WAN services and very good knowledge of various mobile devices
  • Good experience with call tracking systems and working to SLAs
  • Competence in multi-vendor support for desktops, workstations, notebooks, tablets and mobile devices
  • Affinity for documentation and learning new knowledge
  • Strong customer and service orientation, resilience, flexibility and very good team skills
  • High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Driving license class B required (support of branch sites assigned to the location)
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
