About the role

  • Provide friendly and professional support to our French-speaking clients
  • Document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • Manage and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM)
  • Forward tickets to downstream support units
  • Control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • Strong aptitude for technical support
  • Excellent communication skills and a clear manner of expression
  • Customer-friendly and service-oriented approach to work
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Quick comprehension and ability to learn rapidly
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • Initial professional experience in an IT environment is an advantage
