About the role
- 1st and 2nd-level field service support for the East Germany region
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) tasks
- Configuration and installation of PCs, peripherals, and handheld scanners
- On-site service for client hardware and network components
- User training and support
- Maintenance and documentation of service work in the ticketing system
Requirements
- Completed training in the IT field (technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in 1st and 2nd-level field support
- Experience in on-site support / field service
- Very good knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware
- Good knowledge of networking, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Native-level German language skills, spoken and written
- Customer-friendly, service-oriented work style and strong interpersonal skills
