About the role
- You are the first point of contact for issues related to e-forms and provide our customers with fast, competent assistance
- You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
- You handle and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00 and 19:00) up to 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
- You skilfully forward tickets to downstream support units
- You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
Requirements

- You skilfully forward tickets to downstream support units

- You distinguish yourself through a customer-friendly and service-oriented working style
- You have a quick grasp and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and good verbal expression are among your core strengths
- It is an advantage if you have already gained initial professional experience in an IT environment
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
- You speak very good German (C2) and can communicate well in English (B2)
