About the role

  • Provide friendly support to our French-speaking customers
  • Serve as the point of contact for issues with e-forms
  • Document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • Handle and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 6:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
  • Forward tickets to downstream support units
  • Manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • Technical support is your strength
  • You have a quick grasp and a structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and an articulate manner
  • Ideally, you have initial professional experience in an IT environment
  • Very good German skills (at least C1)
  • Good English skills, written and spoken
