About the role
- Provide friendly support to our French-speaking customers
- Serve as the point of contact for issues with e-forms
- Document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
- Handle and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 6:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
- Forward tickets to downstream support units
- Manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
Requirements
- Technical support is your strength
- You have a quick grasp and a structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills and an articulate manner
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in an IT environment
- Very good German skills (at least C1)
- Good English skills, written and spoken
