About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide fast, competent assistance to our customers
  • You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • You manage and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 07:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
  • You skillfully forward tickets to downstream support units
  • You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

  • You demonstrate a customer-friendly, service-oriented approach to your work
  • You have a quick grasp and a structured way of working
  • Your strengths include very good communication skills and a strong command of expression
  • It is an advantage if you have already gained initial professional experience in an IT environment
  • Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
  • You speak very good German (C2) and can communicate well in English (B2).
