About the role
- You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide fast, competent assistance to our customers
- You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
- You manage and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 07:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
- You skillfully forward tickets to downstream support units
- You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements

- You skillfully forward tickets to downstream support units

- You demonstrate a customer-friendly, service-oriented approach to your work
- You have a quick grasp and a structured way of working
- Your strengths include very good communication skills and a strong command of expression
- It is an advantage if you have already gained initial professional experience in an IT environment
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
- You speak very good German (C2) and can communicate well in English (B2).
